This competency focuses on the importance of continued learning our field, including the ever changing knowledge and skill of a teacher leader.

• Volunteer for further development

• Sharing information about what you have learned.

• Pursue new and different trainings that can give more insight.

After a particular training or conference, share the information in a PLC, monthly meeting, or at the very least through an email. Being a leader means that you need to share the knowledge.
